Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out
the terms under which Board-Lifestyle makes products available to you (“Product Terms”).
Site Security
Any personal information given to Board-Lifestyle will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Board-Lifestyle’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Board-Lifestyle does not store your credit card information at any time.
To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Board-Lifestyle website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner
of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Privacy Policy
Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page on our web site. This means that others cannot hack into your credit card details or obtain
any other personal information from our order form.
- We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
- All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.
- They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
- Any customer information held on our computers complies with the rules and laws contained within the Data Protection Act 1984 act.
- We will keep customer information safe and secure and will not distribute or sell this information to a third party.
- We will not send emails to you unless you have given us your consent by subscribing to our email newsletter.
- Our emails always include an option to 'unsubscribe' in the footer.
Delivery
Orders received by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.

A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
We use Royal Mail or
Parcel Force for our UK deliveries.
Orders purchased by cheque are dispatched once the payment has cleared (generally 7-10 days).
In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the
rates applicable at the date you place your order.

Availability
We will endeavor to have those items that are available to buy on our site. Occasionally we may
be unable to supply a particular item and we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that is registered with your credit card company.
To process your order more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query.
Credit card payments are processed by Protx.
If you wish to pay by either cheque or postal order, please place your order by telephone on +44 (0)845 1 307 357 or

If there is a problem with your payment we will e-mail you as soon as we can usually the same day.
Receipts and Bills
We will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order and again to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
You will receive a till receipt when the goods are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.
Returns
In the event that your purchase is the not suitable you have the right to return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels,
within 10 days from the date you receive the goods, for a replacement or refund. You do not have to give a reason when you do this.
We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the
consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible.

We suggest that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible,
and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for purchasing - alternatives are available.
At the very latest we will return your money within 30 days of the original purchase. Depending on the circumstances we may refund the return postage,
i.e., if the goods are faulty or damaged, however, in the case of incorrect ordering and undisclosed reasons for return the customer will be expected to pay the cost.

Complaints
Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working
days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
